​10. Franklin Volunteer Fire Department BBQ Cookoff

      This annual fundraiser benefits the Franklin Volunteer Fire

      Department.  Proceeds help the fire department with equipment and

9.  Franklin United Methodist Women's BBQ Sale

     This annual winter event takes place the Thursday or Friday before Super Bowl.  There is a

   specific dates and times.  Proceeds to help with scholarships to the Franklin United Methodist

      Preschool, graduating senior scholarships, and other missions taken on by the Methodist Women.

​      This annual dance is a fundraiser that benefits the pre-school and the Franklin United

4. Franklin Lion's Club Homecoming BBQ

    This annual BBQ is held each year on the night of the Franklin High School homecoming.

8. Franklin United Methodist Church Pumpkin Patch

      This annual fall fundraiser from the end of September through the end of 

      October each year has something for the whole family.  Lots of pumpkins to chose 

      from as well as lots of different fun things to do for the whole family on Saturday

      and activities.

1. Building Toward Our Future Scholarship Night

    This event features dinner and then live, local talent to help raise scholarship

    money for each graduating Franklin High School senior that goes to college or

    technical school.

2. Chris Jones Memorial Hog Hunt

    This  annual hog hunt is in memory of Christine (Chris) Jones and raises money

    for a (an) scholarship(s) to be given to a (an) graduating Franklin High School senior(s)

6. Franklin United Methodist Church Cookie Walk

      This December event helps the church raise much need funds to rebuild their church

      after it was severely damaged in 2013 by severe weather.  Lots of delicious cookies

      are sold by the pound.  Fliers and ads in the local newspapers will give you the specific

      date and time of this event.  Come early because the cookies sell quick!
